  • 5:45pm - 7:15pm     90minutes

Friday only

  • 6:15am - 7:30am       75minutes
  • 12noon – 1pm           60minutes
  • 4:30pm - 5:45pm    75minutes

Weekend Schedule

  • Saturday
    10am – 11:30am 90 minutes
  • Sunday
    8am – 9:30am 90 minutes

Please note we are currently offering on a weekly basis 6 beginning/moderate Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes with warm heat.

Here is the Vinyasa Schedule:

*Tuesday at 12pm & 5:45pm

*Wednesday at 6:15am

*Thursday at 12pm

*Friday at 4:30pm

*Sunday 8am

These classes are offered with the intention to present variety to our community and to keep us open to various styles, voices, & perspectives. All yoga is good yoga & we encourage you to stay open to both the 26.2 method & the  Vinyasa Yoga series that we offer.

Our Vinyasa classes are led by Ryan Stevens & Elaine Bailey. Ryan & Elaine are enthusiastic & very supportive teachers who can help modify the postures for all abilities & body types. They are both cherished additions to our studio & we encourage you to experience their Vinyasa Yoga style & energy!
